Service Manager

What you need to have :

  • Responsible to see the overall day to day operations of technical team.
  • Ensure all weekly and monthly reports on repair sets & spare parts.
  • Ensure overall efficiency with consistent and excellence deliverables, meeting customer’s expectations and achieving customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitoring, supervising and trains subordinates in meeting the requirement plan & objective for continuous improvement.
  • To act on matter arise in ensuring that all activities are proper carried out.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity (Service Manager).
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • All candidates must be computer literate.
  • Possess good management & leadership skill.
  • Result oriented & organized.
